Our Blue & White St. Christopher medal is 28mm (about the size of a quarter); it's made of colored enamel on sterling silver. The silver cable chain necklace is sold separate, and available in two sizes below.

For an additional $30, you can personalize your St. Christopher medal with an engraved MONOGRAM or STRAIGHT initials on the back. Our engraver typically comes in once a week on Thursdays, please consider this when placing an order as it may take 7-10 business days to ship, and personalized items are considered final sales.
