Return Policy

RETURNS are accepted within 14 days from date of purchase, and only on items that are UNUSED, UNWORN, and in NEW CONDITION. Where applicable, items should be returned in the original box with ALL WARRANTY CARDS, INSTRUCTIONS, and TAGS intact.

For watch purchases, we will confirm with you in advance, that you understand, that by purchasing the watch online new, we must fill the warranty and remove stickers, thus making the watch "used" and non-returnable.

RETURNS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES must be accompanied with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and is subject to the same return policy as stated above. When returning an online order, you must request a return authorization number from our Customer Concierge in the "Contact Us" section by including your information along with your original order number and request a return authorization number in the message field. Once you have a RA number, you can then send your return to our online Customer Concierge:

Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded on any online purchases.

7-day return policy with a $500 restocking fee as we have to recertify any watches sold online.

REFUNDS:

  • For cash or check purchases, refunds will be given in the form of check within 15 days of return.
  • For credit card purchases, refunds will be given in the form of credit to the original credit card used in the transaction.
  • No other policies, either expressed or implied, will be honored.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL - if any jewelry or watch items have been sized or altered, engraved or special ordered.
