Shipping Policies

We ship to virtually any address within the United States; however, there are some restrictions with rural addresses and shipment ability.

For Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Watches: 7-day return policy with a $1000 restocking fee as we have to recertify any watches sold online.

Please note, we do NOT ship internationally.

We ship via United States Parcel Service (USPS), and your package is completely insured by Schwanke-Kasten Jewelers. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN FOR YOUR PACKAGE DUE TO THE CONTENTS AND INSURANCE REGULATIONS.

For items over $500, we only ship to the billing address connected with the credit card. If you plan to ship your order to an address other than your billing address on file with your credit card company, please call your issuing bank and provide them with the alternate shipping address. We will confirm this address with your issuing bank. This is to protect you from fraudulent charges being placed with your credit information.

Merchandise usually ships within 48 hours of time of purchase; and we only ship on business days. Our shipping department will track your package to ensure it arrives when indicated.
